MYL announces to form alliance against terrorism & unemployment

It was decided in the meeting of Minhaj-ul-Quran Central Council that an alliance of all political parties would be formed to fight against corruption, terrorism and unemployment. The meeting held in main secretariat was presided by central president of Youth Wing Mazhar Alvi whereas the chief of guest was Naib Nazim-e-Aala Tanvir Ahmad Khan.

Mazhar Alvi said that youth was being kept out of policy making that’s why our problems were turning from bad to worse. Neither does youth have any effective representative on any platform nor are they being included in decision making process. Unfortunately the ignorance and defective decision making on the part of government are having bad impact on youth that is the 60% of our total population. He informed that the members of Minhaj-ul-Quran are spreading the counter-narrative message designed by Dr. Tahir-ul-Qadri against the terrorism under the country wide campaign of Zarb–e-Amn.

Naib Nazim-e-Ala Tanvir Ahmad Khan has said while addressing the audience that Minhaj-ul-Quran is the universal movement of knowledge, peace and character. The thought and research of Dr. Tahir-ul-Qadri has impacted the youth’s mind deeply and helped them to assume the role of Eagles idealized by Iqbal. He further added that none of national objectives could be accomplished by keeping the youth aloof from the national affairs.

Tanvir Ahmad Khan said that the idea of National Action Youth Council was important and will be implemented immediately. Youth all over the country should raise voice collectively and thereby force the decision making forums to stop the exploitation of youth. It was demanded through resolution that the peace syllabus prepared by Tahir-ul-Qadri be taught in educational institutes. The participants of meeting manifested their satisfaction over the Peace Resolution which is being signed by 1 million youngsters. Maqsood Awan, Waqar Qadri, Amjad Hussain Jutt, Asmat Ali and others also addressed the meeting.
