ARY News: TMQ long march to Islamabad continuous

Tehreek-i-Minhajul Quran (TMQ) long march led by Dr Tahirul Qadri has reached Gujranwala. A large number of people coming from Sialkot, Hafizabad, Sargodha and Gujrat joing the long march on GT Road, while mobile phone service en route to the long march has been blocked.

The long marhc which kicked off from Lahore is moving towards Islamabad.

People welcomed the participants of long march when it reached Muridke. They hurled floral petals on the participants and also beat drums.

The participants alleged that police set off people from buses in Sargodha, Sialkot, Gujranawala and Hafizabad. The police also took the buses into their costudy.

The long marhc reached GT Road from Dharam Pura, Garhi Shahu, Railway Station, Minar-e-Pakistan and Shahdara. The participants of long march will start their travel to Islamabad from GT Road.

According to PTA official, government ordered PTA to block mobile phone service from where the long march pass through. Participants of the long march have also hired cranes to remove containers and other hurdles.

The participants of the long march said that they would get rid of the country from problems in the leadership of Dr Tahirul Qadri.
