Dr Tahir-ul-Qadri’s arteries, not valves, are partially blocked: Media Advisor to PAT chief

Muhammad Noorullah Saddiqi, media advisor to PAT chief Dr Tahir-ul-Qadri, has clarified that the PAT leader’s arteries, not valves, are partially blocked and the doctors have preferred to treat this condition through medication, adding that they have advised him complete bed rest.

According to the PAT spokesperson, the series of protest demonstrations starting from December 17 on the completion of six months of Model Town tragedy will force the government to constitute a neutral and bipartisan Joint Investigation Team. He said that invitation is being extended to all religious and political parties, civil society organizations and human rights activists to take part in the PAT protest demonstrations. He said that the details of the demonstrations will be shared with the nation in a press conference on December 16. He further said that no PAT worker will rest till full justice is dispensed in the case of Model Town incident.
