PAT Youth Wing to launch Cycles Rally from Mazar-i-Quaid

Dr Hussain Mohi-ud-Din Qadri, President of Minhaj-ul-Quran International, has asked the youth to play their active and dynamic role to change the corruption-ridden system.

Dr Hussain stated this while talking to a delegation of the Youth League that called on him under the leadership of its President Mazhar Alvi. He said that the Youth Wing of PAT is reaching every household and nook and corner of the world with the anti-terrorism and anti-extremism message, which is indeed appreciable spirit. He said that he is pleased to learn that the Youth Wing has decided to start a countrywide cycle caravan in the name of ‘peace initiative’, which will take off from Mazar-i-Quaid on November 20. He said that it will pass through 50 cities before reaching Peshawar. He said that the caravan will have a stopover in 15-20 cities.

The President of MQI said that the participants of the caravan will campaign for promotion of education, elimination of corruption and elitist, outdated electoral system, end of terrorism and extremism and establishment of peace. He hoped that the people would flock to extend a warm welcome to the caravan whichever city they pass through. He said that the youths need to put this message across in loud and clear words that they are opposed to terrorism, extremism, militancy, violence, killings, and capitalistic system and want to see Pakistan on the path of progress.

Mazhar Alvi told Dr Hussain that arrangements for the caravan of PAT Youth Wing have been completed. He left for Karachi along with other office bearers to formally launch the cycles’ rally. He would meet a cross section of people in Karachi and invite them to attend the inaugural ceremony.
