Nations have no future without education: Dr Tahir-ul-Qadri

MQI leader Shaykh-ul-Islam Dr Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri has said that nations do not have any future without education. He said that saving the youth from radicalization and extremism and putting them on the path of peace is a great service of Pakistan and Islam. He said as long as the Islamic world was closely linked to knowledge and research, they remained ascendant in all walks of life.

Dr Tahir-ul-Qadri made these remarks while addressing a meeting of MYL Central Council. He said MQI is struggling to regain the lost glory by employing the power of knowledge and research and the peace-loving youth. He said that MYL is trying its level best to revive the reading culture in this age of mischief through activation of study circles and book friendship drives. He congratulated MYL president Mazhar Mahmood Alvi and his entire team on their efforts.

Dr Qadri also felicitated Mazhar Alvi on the completion of his M. Phil degree. The Central Council Meeting was attended by Mansoor Qasim Awan, Haroon Sani, Inam Mustafavi, Mohsin Mushtaq, Ismail Inam, Mohsin Shahzad, and others. Director Training Allama Ghulam Murtaza Alvi and Mian Abdul Qadir also spoke on the occasion.
