No doubt we are well aware of the Election day requirements but the following proposals may be kept in view to avoid the bitter experiences faces by some candidates in the past :-

One Day Ago:

1. IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS FOR SUPPORTERS IN THE LAST SUPPORTERS MEETING (Preferably to be convened after Jumma Prayer)
   1. Please reach ½ an hour before in the General House Meeting
   2. Bring the original NIC & LHCBA Card.
   3. Stand determined since early till closing before the Booths.
   4. Supporters should make Phone calls & SMS to their associate Advocates to vote & support our candidate.
   5. Preparation of Booth-wise/Bio-Metric machine-wise Election Result charts/list with Poling Agents Authority Letters
   6. Transport Committee final contacts for confirmations.
2. In The Evening.
   1. Send SMS as well as requests through facebook/emails to vote & support our candidate and bring original NIC & LHCBA Card.
   2. Phone Calls campaign from election offices.
3. CAMPING OUTSIDE POLING STATION ONE DAY AGO.

Election Day:

A) SOME REQUIREMENTS FOR ELECTION CAMP: one hour before to start; on election day:-

1. 2/3 Lap-top/Voters Data with its operators with Incharge Advocates
2. Badges
3. Cards
4. Stickers in addition to Badges
5. Tea etc.
6. Material for Polling Agents

HOS TO START

At Least 15 minutes before arrival in General House Meeting of LHCBA With the under-standing of Supporters & Allied Groups to pay warm reception to our candidate

AND

thereafter make teams to line up according to the numbers of booths with ONE INCHARGE.

AND

Nominate the Representatives with Badges & Cards who shall receive the Voters coming from out-stations.

AND

Some Office employees must be deputed to frequently supply Badges stickers & Cards to our badges duly lined-up before the Booths.

B) 11 a.m. TEA TO BE SERVED TO THE BADGES IN THEIR LINES BEOFRE BOOTHS so that they may not leave lines just to warm-up.

C) LUNCH MUST BE READY ABOUT 10 MINUTES BEFORE THE INTERVEL

AND

IT WOULD REMAIN SERVED even thereafter TO YOUR VOTERS COMING FROM OUT-STATIONS..

D) AT CLOSING TIME HAVE STRICT WATCH ALL THE POLLING BOOTHS because there may be rush of voters which may be influenced by the supports inside there

OR

there may be some problems to those voters whose votes would have till end not be registered in Bio Metric System.

E. Confidence Inspiring sharp reflective Polling Agents with required Material be deputed according to the requirement of the Election Commission.
