Twenty-five years ago on this very day, Dr Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri raised the slogan of revolution when he founded Pakistan Awami Tehreek at historic Mochi Gate ground. May 25, 2014 marks the completion of his 25-year old revolutionary struggle. He has been able to lead his movement to a revolutionary stage within these years, for following prayer to call of revolution and ‘Iqama’, the prayer of revolution is about to be established. Today the workers of Pakistan Awami Tehreek would reiterate their pledge to achieve the destination of green revolution before the end of year. The cakes are being cut throughout the world to mark the foundation day of PAT.

Workers Conventions would be held in over 300 cities in the country today in to be attended by thousands of workers including women. Thus hundreds of thousands of workers would get together to listen to revolutionary address of Dr Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri. Today’s keynote address of Dr Qadri is being billed as very crucial as it would set the tone and be a beacon of light for the workers. Thousands of people from the Lahore district would attend the central ceremony at Model Town. The preparations of the event have been completed. 100-feet long and 20-feet wide stage has been made with the help of a container and 100 big tower lights have been installed in the ground. 60-huge sized fans have been set up, whereas two digital screens have also been installed in the venue.
