PAT chief Dr Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri has strongly condemned a series of
terrorist attacks in Quetta including one on JUI-F Amir Maulana Fazal-ur-Rehman
in which innocent people lost their lives and scores of others were injured.
Terming terrorism as a daunting challenge, he said that terrorists were not only
enemy of Pakistan but also of Islam. He underlined the need of national unity to
defeat militancy in the country. He said that the whole nation would have to
rise above expediency and deal with terrorism with iron hand. He said that
terrorists brought a bad name to the country and their elimination was
inevitable.
Dr Qadri prayed to Allah Almighty to rest the departed souls in peace and expressed his heart-felt condolences to the bereaved families. He also prayed for early recovery of the injured.
