NANKANA SAHIB: Minhajul Quran Youth League district president Usman Anwar has said that the government has failed to provide relief to the masses.

Talking to journalists here on Tuesday, he said that the people were committing suicide due to inflation and unemployment while the PM was busy foreign tours.

POWER SHUTDOWN: People are facing problems due to 13 hours unscheduled electricity loadshedding in the city and its adjoining areas.

The electricity supply remained suspended for many hours without any prior notice from the Wapda authorities. The power shutdown paralysed all activities in the city. The business community also faced problems due to power shutdown. The people demanded the government take steps to overcome energy crisis.
