Minhaj-ul-Quran Ulama Council organized 'Ghous-ul-Azam' Seminar on May 3 in the Central Secretariat Model Town, which was presided over by Amir-e-Tehreek Faiz-ur-Rahman Durrani. Nazim-a-Ala Dr Raheeq Ahmad Abbasi, Sheikh Zahid Fayyaz, Dr Jamil-ur-Rehman, Rana Muhammad Idrees, Allama Mukhtar Hussain Saddiqui, Allama Gul Ahmad Ateeqi, Pir Ghulam Hussain Shah, Qamar Tariq, Haji Imdadullah Khan, Ahmad Nawaz Anjum, Mufti Tabish Qasuri, Allama Mir Asif Akber, Hafiz Muhammad Akber, Allama Muhammad Mumtaz were among the prominent guests at the occasion.

The seminar started with the recitation of the Holy Book followed by Naat. Afterwards, 'Manqabat' was offered in the honour of Huzoor Ghous-ul-Azam (RA). Addressing the seminar, the central Ami-e-Tehreek Miskin Faiz-ur-Rehman Durrani said Huzoor Ghous-ul-Azam is the leader of all saints and those enlightening themselves with the light of spiritualism beg for his blessings. He said the blessings of Huzoor Ghous-ul-Azam (RA) are widespread throughout the world and Minhaj-ul-Quran International, an organization working for the revival and renaissance of Islam, is honoured to have been blessed by him. Shaykh-ul-Islam Dr Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri has immense devotion for Huzoor Ghous-ul-Azam (RA) and is busy in spreading the message of Silsilah Ghousia from the platform of Minhaj-ul-Quran International.

Nazim-a-Ala Dr Raheeq Ahmad Abbasi said the spiritual blessings of Huzoor Ghous-ul-Azam (RA) would continue till the Day of Judgment. Minhaj-ul-Quran Ulama Council was popularizing this message of Huzoor Ghous-ul-Azam in the society. He said we were doing these services without any greed and this is the mission, which needs to be spread around the world. He said the spiritual blessings of Huzoor Ghous-ul-Azam (RA) are being distributed on the platform of Minhaj-ul-Quran International.

Prominent religious scholar Dr Jamil-ur-Rehman Chishti said in his speech that Huzoor Ghous-ul-Azam (RA) came to the world for the establishment of peace and spread of light. The world can be made hub of peace by acting upon his teachings. His life was a role model of peace and love for Allah and His Prophet (saw). He said Minhaj-ul-Quran International has proven through the organization of this seminar that it is a Movement of people who love Huzoor Ghous-ul-Azam (RA).

Nazim of Directorate of Training Rana Muhammad Idrees said that the personality of Huzoor Ghous-ul-Azam (RA) is a beacon of light for all of us. We can change this world into hub of peace by implementing his teachings. Minhaj-ul-Quran International has demonstrated its love with Huzoor Ghous-ul-Azam (RA) by propagating peace and harmony in the society.
Allama Mufti Munsha, Tabish Qasur, Allama Gul Ahmad Ateeqi Haji Imamdadullah Khan and Allama Muhammad Mumtaz also addressed the seminar. All speakers paid tribute to Shaykh-ul-Islam Dr Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri for his efforts for the Silsila Ghousia. Allama Mir Asif Akbar conducted the proceedings of the programme.
